Abstract

Sebagai negara peratifikasi Persetujuan Paris, Indonesia wajib menyampaikan komitmen perubahan iklim berupa Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC). Lebih dari itu, sebenarnya Indonesia juga memiliki kewajiban untuk memenuhi komitmen yang telah dibuatnya dengan memanifestasikan partisipasi publik yang ada dalam doktrin kepercayaan publik (DKP). Artikel ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan sejauh mana peran partisipasi publik menerapkan DKP dalam pemenuhan NDC Indonesia. Walaupun partisipasi publik memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam pemenuhan NDC, tampak praktiknya masih jauh dari ideal.
