Abstract
Catatan akhir tahun ICEL ini akan memberikan pandangan mengenai kinerja Pemerintahan Jokowi-JK selama 2017 dan implikasinya terhadap perlindungan lingkungan hidup dan sumber daya alam. Catatan-catatan ini dibuat berdasarkan advokasi kasus, penelitian dan pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh ICEL bersama dengan jaringan masyarakat sipil maupun pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Catatan akhir tahun ini akan membahas mengenai kebijakan dan penegakan hukum terhadap empat isu pokok dalam perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup serta sumber daya alam, yaitu: (1) kebijakan dan penegakan hukum lingkungan; (2) kehutanan dan lahan; (3) pencemaran lingkungan hidup; dan (4) kelautan dan pesisir.
