Abstract
Pertama, tulisan ini akan membahas peranan audit kepatuhan terpadu sebagai inovasi. Kedua, penggunaan konsep pertanggungjawaban korporasi dalam hal kepatuhan pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan sebagai landasan dalam menentukan ukuran kepatuhan dalam pelaksanaan audit kepatuhan terpadu. Ketiga, kewenangan pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan audit kepatuhan terpadu. Keempat, prasyarat efektivitas pelaksanaan audit kepatuhan. Berdasarkan aspek-aspek maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila
audit kepatuhan terpadu dilaksanakan dengan memenuhi perasyarat maka dapat menjadi perangkat efektif dalam mencegah kebakaran hutan dan lahan.
