Jurnal Hukum Lingkungan Indonesia is a place for research and ideas on environmental law and policy, published by the Indonesian Center for Environmental Law (ICEL) every six months. Every article published in Jurnal Hukum Lingkungan Indonesia has gone through double blind peer-review process by reviewers, all of whom are academics/practitioners of environmental law from various universities and institutions. Jurnal Hukum Lingkungan Indonesia provides a forum for the academic discourse of environmental activists and Indonesian environmental law academics in the making, implementation, and enforcement of environmental law in Indonesia.
Jurnal Hukum Lingkungan Indonesia Editors will check articles in two stages:
1. Checking the initial stage, the complete manuscript sent by the author at the time of submitting the article
2. Checking the second stage, carried out on the Final Draft after the author revised.
